- A shipping fee of Rs.125/- would be charged for all orders below Rs.2500/-.
- We make our best efforts to deliver the products within 15 working days based on the geographic location.
- If you believe that the products are not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the products and immediately inform customer care by email at - mentioning the invoice number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Online Customer / Person Refund Policy:
Customer Product Refunds:
A. If you are not satisfied with any of our products purchased from us online, we will give you a 100% refund excluding delivery charges, and any other discounts or offers availed.
Returns for refund must be received to our warehouse within 30 days from the day of purchase and should be in saleable condition.
We offer a money back guarantee for our online Person’s / Customers. The Person has understood that the applicant and his / her customer can take refund within 30 days from the date of purchase of their product (on account of defect and or dissatisfaction) after standard deduction of 15% as handling charges. Refund excludes any other discounts or offers availed at the time of purchase.
The products should be in re-saleable condition a) re saleable condition means the condition in which the price label is clean and intact and in good condition. b) The production of the refunded product has not yet stopped. c) The product seal (shrink wrapping) should be unopened d)The product should have a reasonable Shelf (Date of expiry) Life period OR such an Person may gel exchange his / her purchased products, within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase as per the condition mentioned in this clause. B. Travel & Holiday packages are non-refundable because the moment you buy the package after seeing all the Terms & Conditions, the entire booking amount goes to vendor and in such case refund is not possible. So, Person’s/Customers are requested to check the T & C in detail to avoid such situations of refund. Since the booking processes are online and hence in case there is any mistake from the Company side according to the T & C the company “ Asar E-commerce ”. Is liable to provide Travel & Holiday booking as per the online reservation.
Return / Refund request in written with reason must be received to us within 7 days from the day of purchase. Without reason, your request may not be entertained.
NOTE:
i) When returning goods, please quote the invoice number, your name, name of the product and the reason why you are returning the goods.
ii) Asar E-commerce. will reverse all the commission and benefit paid for any such returned product as it would amount to cancellation of sale.
iii) GST amount will not be refunded.
iv) Physical Products will be launched in coming days and hence we have mentioned about it.
